Job Summary

Drive CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment) activities to help meet customer in-stock goals. Partner with sales leadership, planning teams, and category managers to align forecasts, manage orders, review pipeline and store/DC inventory, and recommend actions to improve fill rate and forecast accuracy. Monitor markdowns, allocations, truck timing impacts, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve replenishment and ORAD opportunities.

•Prepare and distribute daily business reports/recaps to clarify in-stock positions and potential store/DC out opportunities.

•Monitor markdowns and demand forecasts, and work with sales to resolve items of concern.
•Review and manage weekly allocation files and coordinate with teams on close-dated/distressed product movement and replenishment opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
•3+ years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment (preferred).
•Proficient in Microsoft Office; above-average Microsoft Excel and Access skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong time management, multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork; Kroger experience preferred.
