Job Summary

Own end-to-end CRM and lifecycle programs that turn new signups into engaged, loyal, high-LTV users. Design onboarding and reactivation journeys across in-app, push, and email, build retention and referral programs, and maximize LTV through segmentation and in-app-aligned nudges. Run continuous A/B testing, partner with Product and Data to translate behavioral signals into triggers, and use AI to automate operations and accelerate experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and run lifecycle programs, owning CRM strategy from onboarding messages to reactivating dormant users across in-app, push, and email.
•Create onboarding journeys to deliver each new user’s first “wow” moment and drive activation.
•Build retention and referral programs that deepen usage and drive word of mouth.
•Maximize LTV by designing cross-channel journeys using behavioral segmentation, triggers, and Product-aligned lifecycle nudges.
•Run continuous A/B testing and use AI to automate CRM operations (segmentation, copy iteration, QA, reporting) and ship improvements.

Salary: EUR 43,400 - 69,300 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of B2C CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth mobile or consumer app.
•Experience owning lifecycle programs end-to-end (not just executing individual components).
•Hands-on with modern CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io, including segmentation and orchestration.
•Data-driven approach using cohort, funnel, and A/B test results to drive decisions.
•Strong experimentation mindset and curiosity building with AI for CRM workflows.
