Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate construction activities to complete projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • •Manage project cost controls, including cost planning, commercial management, cost efficiency analysis, and advising actions to management.
  • •Establish and maintain line-item costs for preliminaries and consumables, and support value engineering by tracking changes and reconciling variations.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, support HSE initiatives, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution aligned to company and IMS policies.
  • •Handle tendering involvement and HR processes (mobilization and demobilization), and manage contract administration across phases.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years relevant experience in civil construction and project delivery.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (or a professional degree in a related field).
  • •Extensive knowledge of civil construction practices, processes, and protocols, including budgeting and cost efficiency.
  • •Strong knowledge of Quality, OH and S, and Environmental Management Systems, with ability to drive HSE initiatives and incident reporting.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills to support successful delivery.
