Cost Engineer

Support project controls across major capital projects by establishing CBS and WBS, performing cost control and forecasting, and producing monthly cost and cash-flow reporting. Collaborate with planning, procurement, and project management to integrate cost and schedule control, track contracts and purchase orders, and manage change impacts. Use quantitative risk analysis and Earned Value Management to calculate CPI, SPI, EAC, and ETC, while ensuring Sox-related controls and compliance with best practices.
