Key Responsibilities

  • •Efficiently and accurately perform teller functions while coaching other tellers to meet client experience and operational standards.
  • •Act as a resource to identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and financial wellness needs; transition clients to a banker when appropriate.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line duties including scheduling, observing tellers, and overseeing branch operational and regulatory compliance.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures; balance cash drawers within guidelines and securely process cash transactions.
  • •Support Branch Manager onboarding and training for new tellers; stay current on product guides, fees, and policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •3+ years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
  • •3+ years of experienced cash handling.
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks.
