Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, prioritize, and progress facility engineering opportunities that improve safety, reliability, production performance, emissions performance, and cost efficiency.
  • •Provide day-to-day engineering support to Operations and Maintenance, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis with practical field recommendations.
  • •Support facility project development and execution, including framing, alternatives analysis, design, cost estimating, equipment selection, construction coordination, and commissioning readiness.
  • •Optimize gathering, compression, water, and facility systems using data-informed analysis and models to improve uptime/runtime, reduce emissions and operating costs, and evaluate upgrades or operating changes.
  • •Support facility risk and compliance activities, including Management of Change, Pre-Startup Safety Reviews, incident investigations, audit findings, and action-item closure.

Key Requirements

  • •Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Petroleum, Civil, or related Engineering.
  • •1+ years of engineering experience supporting oil and gas or industrial facilities, manufacturing, utilities, construction, or field operations.
  • •Currently reside or be willing to relocate within a 50-mile driving radius of Watford City, ND or Dickinson, ND.
  • •Valid driver’s license and willingness to perform field work (PPE, weekends, on-call, unscheduled overtime) as required.
