Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Provide high-level customer service and support to external customers for bank products, policies, regulations, and procedures. Resolve inquiries via phone, live chat, or email; authenticate callers to protect customers and the bank from fraud; research information and complete data entry. Explain policies and recommend alternative products or services when appropriate, escalating requests as needed while staying current through training and meeting efficiency and quality standards.
