Key Responsibilities

  • •Process daily teller transactions including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, savings withdrawals, and night/mail deposits.
  • •Sell cashier’s checks and redeem savings bonds.
  • •Answer client questions in person and over the telephone, including handling additional transactions such as currency transaction reports.
  • •Identify basic cross-sell and referral opportunities and direct clients to a banker.
