Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain developer-facing tools and experiences (console, SDKs, docs, observability) to enable reliable use of Claude in customer applications.
  • •Collaborate with Platform, product, and research teams to translate new model capabilities into production-ready experiences for developers.
  • •Contribute to enterprise-ready foundations like user/permissions management, security and compliance features, and analytics infrastructure.
  • •Support Beneficial Deployments, Enterprise Apps, and vertical AI products to scale Claude usage within organizations and across industries.
  • •Drive growth initiatives through data-driven implementations and cross-functional collaboration to improve adoption and monetization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 300,000 - 320,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of practical full-stack engineering experience, ideally across complex, high adoption consumer or B2B user-facing products
  • •Expert in modern frontend development and backend languages and frameworks (e.g. React, TypeScript)
