Facilities Associate — Laoag| Newly licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer

Oversee facilities operations for an office site by managing inventory and assets, keeping the environment clean and maintained, and coordinating maintenance activities and inspections. Support employees with facilities and services, handle internal helpdesk tickets, assist with renovations, and contribute to CAPEX and operating expense budgeting and monitoring. Validate invoices in PeopleSoft and coordinate with building administration and technical/finance teams to ensure compliance and efficient resource utilization.
