Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop Optical (eScan/Brightfield/Darkfield/Macro/SP) inspection recipes and applications to quantify semiconductor processes and establish statistical process control methods.
  • •Use new RDA equipment and methodologies to enable earlier and more efficient data collection.
  • •Identify, escalate, and respond effectively to process anomalies.
  • •Enhance existing techniques and develop new methods to maximize current tool capability in detecting critical process issues.
  • •Collaborate with global teams to establish best-known methods and align across sites while supporting experimentation and tracking process health metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field; or 5–10 years of relevant experience in RDA/Metrology, HVM, or Technology Development.
  • •Develop accurate and precise inspection approaches for semiconductor manufacturing.
  • •Learn and apply foundational data science and data manipulation techniques (e.g., scripting, coding, programming).
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • •Experience-driven willingness to identify, escalate, and respond to process anomalies and improve process control methods.
