Job Summary

Lead the Game Science & Insights organization by directing causal inference, experimentation, predictive modeling, and AI/ML integrations that improve player engagement, retention, and monetization. Manage and grow a multidisciplinary team across the US, Ireland, and UK hubs, overseeing the end-to-end ML lifecycle on Snowflake and Databricks. Partner with product, commercial, and marketing leaders, translate complex analytics into actionable guidance, and set technical standards for production-grade AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the technical direction and priorities for analytics, experimentation, and AI/ML projects across the product suite.
•Oversee the full AI/ML lifecycle from research and prototyping to scalable deployment, monitoring, and iteration on Snowflake and Databricks.
•Champion machine learning engineering, MLOps, and cloud-native development, embedding AI-assisted tools (Claude, GitHub AI) into team workflows.
•Direct experimentation and A/B testing initiatives and apply causal inference to identify strategies that improve conversion and long-term player value.
•Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team across Dublin and London, including recruiting responsibility and capacity planning against business needs (FY OKRs).

Key Requirements

•Experience in data science / advanced analytics with very large, multi-dimensional datasets.
•People-management experience growing and developing teams of analysts and data scientists.
•Deep hands-on expertise across Snowflake, Databricks, Python, Tableau, and expert-level SQL.
•Strong applied fluency in AI and machine learning, including Claude/LLMs and GitHub AI (Copilot).
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
