Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-own discovery calls with the AE, surface integration requirements early, and lead the discovery motion for systems and workflows including CRM/system of record, lead source and attribution, scheduling workflows, call center systems, data syncs, webhooks, and API access.
  • •Scope integration complexity for late-stage deals and produce a Technical Scope document at close; advise the AE on technical risk, feasibility, and pricing implications.
  • •Hand off the Technical Scope to onboarding with a live walkthrough and work with the Forward Deployed Engineer and Account Manager to ensure successful onboarding through go-live.
  • •Participate in post-launch technical health checks and maintain a QA checklist covering data sync accuracy, integration error monitoring, and scope drift identification.
  • •Stay current on product updates and new integrations by building and owning the integration discovery question set for the sales team.
