Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development of HVAC refrigeration systems to meet performance, regulatory, quality, and cost requirements.
  • •Evaluate technical feasibility, define engineering specifications, and select robust, cost-effective components.
  • •Establish regulatory compliance technical strategy and serve as subject matter expert on applicable codes and standards.
  • •Create and maintain engineering documentation packages (technical reports, lab test results, drawings, specifications) to ensure timely completion.
  • •Lead DFMEA and execute risk mitigation actions, including closing gaps using FRACAS/8D and supporting advanced engineering problem solving.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 8+ years of engineering or product design experience.
  • •Master’s Degree in Engineering is a plus.
  • •Professional Engineering license may be beneficial but is not essential.
  • •Detailed understanding of HVAC system functions, including refrigeration, heat transfer, airflow, and ventilation.
