•Develop and manage client accounts within the Washington DC region, leading strategic client account plans to achieve bookings growth
•Lead market analysis, strategy development, and positioning to identify opportunities with Intelligence Community agencies
•Coordinate with Regional Market Sector Leads, Program Managers and SMEs to execute growth strategies and win task orders
•Oversee Pursuit Support and Salesforce pipeline management, pricing, negotiations, and federal requirements
•Build and motivate the federal team, promote the AECOM brand, and maintain key client relationships with corrective actions and recoveries

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
•Professional experience with US Federal government Architect-Engineering programs, including at least 4 years in a leadership role
•US citizenship is required
•Professional experience with consultative selling approaches
•Top Secret level security clearance
