Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage client accounts within the Washington DC region, leading strategic client account plans to achieve bookings growth
  • •Lead market analysis, strategy development, and positioning to identify opportunities with Intelligence Community agencies
  • •Coordinate with Regional Market Sector Leads, Program Managers and SMEs to execute growth strategies and win task orders
  • •Oversee Pursuit Support and Salesforce pipeline management, pricing, negotiations, and federal requirements
  • •Build and motivate the federal team, promote the AECOM brand, and maintain key client relationships with corrective actions and recoveries

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
  • •Professional experience with US Federal government Architect-Engineering programs, including at least 4 years in a leadership role
  • •US citizenship is required
  • •Professional experience with consultative selling approaches
  • •Top Secret level security clearance
