Job Function: Consulting & Advisory

Key Responsibilities

•Lead workshops and coaching sessions to guide the customer in using AVEVA solutions to realize their use cases.
•Act as a technical liaison to assigned customer accounts, collaborating with Customer Success Managers, to maximize customer value and drive new business.
•Lead strategic conversation with customers to guide them through use case discovery and position AVEVA products and infrastructure to address those needs.
•Lead conversations to help focus on the vision where AVEVA solutions adds business value, at all customer levels (Administration/IT Staff, Operations Management and Staff, C-level executives).
•Have a strong interest in growing your career and participating in both internal and external training programs to keep abreast of emerging technologies and markets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or another technical field.
•5+ years experience with real-time operational data systems within an industrial manufacturing and/or operating industry.
•Hands AVEVA solutions experience, highly desired.
•Strong leadership, customer service, and interpersonal relationship skills.
•Solid oral, written, presentation, and communication skills.
