Job Summary

Learn the responsibilities of a Customer Delivery Specialist, including safe and efficient operation of delivery vehicles and delivering Pepsi products to scheduled stores. Complete DOT-required pre/post-trip inspections, drive and maneuver trucks to serve routes, and execute promotional deliveries. Unload, merchandise, and rotate products to meet PBV and customer standards, maintain accurate delivery settlements, and communicate issues to store and management while following all DOT and FMCSA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Learn all aspects of a Customer Delivery Specialist role, including safe and efficient delivery operations.
•Conduct DOT pre/post-trip inspections and promptly report problems to the Fleet department.
•Safely drive and maneuver trucks on assigned routes and service customers by end of shift.
•Deliver product to stores and execute deliveries for promotions.
•Unload, merchandise, rotate products, and obtain required signatures/stamps to ensure accurate invoice settlement.
•Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations and company rules and regulations.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Valid Driver’s License.
•Pass a DOT physical prior to the first day of employment.
•Obtain a CDL permit within 15 business days and obtain the CDL within 45 business days of hire if not currently held.
•Strong customer focus with good oral and written communication skills.
