Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the electrical engineering team through mentoring and performance-focused culture.
  • •Plan and strengthen delivery capability, including staffing, workload planning, quality, and succession readiness.
  • •Provide senior technical leadership with design guidance, engineering judgment, and quality reviews on selected projects.
  • •Oversee electrical design across buildings and infrastructure markets, including medium-/low-voltage power distribution, lighting, and life safety.
  • •Represent the practice externally and internally by building client relationships, supporting proposals, and helping grow the regional electrical practice.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with eight (8) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
  • •Licensed Professional Engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario.
  • •Demonstrated electrical design and delivery experience in consulting, infrastructure, design, or multidisciplinary project environments.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
  • •Hold (or be able to obtain) minimum Reliability Level security clearance.
