Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop the electrical engineering team through mentoring and performance-focused culture.
•Plan and strengthen delivery capability, including staffing, workload planning, quality, and succession readiness.
•Provide senior technical leadership with design guidance, engineering judgment, and quality reviews on selected projects.
•Oversee electrical design across buildings and infrastructure markets, including medium-/low-voltage power distribution, lighting, and life safety.
•Represent the practice externally and internally by building client relationships, supporting proposals, and helping grow the regional electrical practice.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 142,000 - 174,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with eight (8) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
•Licensed Professional Engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario.
•Demonstrated electrical design and delivery experience in consulting, infrastructure, design, or multidisciplinary project environments.
•Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
•Hold (or be able to obtain) minimum Reliability Level security clearance.
