•Merchant Excellence: Serve as executive sponsor for the largest UK merchants, partnering at the C-level to influence global payment strategies.
•Deliver on Commercial Goals: Enable the team to hit ambitious yearly commercial stretch goals while maintaining high-touch, consultative service.
•Navigate and Influence the Global Org: Proactively influence cross-functional roadmaps (Product, Tech, Ops) to remove growth barriers and scale UK successes across EMEA.

•10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within Account Management, Business Development, or a related commercial field.
