Job Summary

We are seeking Operations Interns to join multiple teams (Business/Project Development, Purchasing, Accounting & Finance, Operations, and Corporate Affairs) across Bastrop, Las Vegas, and Nashville. You’ll take ownership of projects in a fast-paced, start-up environment, support scheduling and coordination of construction and facilities work, and contribute to deal-making and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

•Support project development by identifying, tracking and pursuing project leads, assist with the preparation of proposals and marketing materials.
•First-hand experience analyzing supplier and spend data, communicating with suppliers, purchasing direct and/or indirect goods or services, and support of various projects like creating and implementing new processes.
•Facilitate invoice processing, daily reconciliation of transactions, and monthly close process (Accounting) and support budget tracking and management and perform spend analysis to generate useful insights (Finance).
•Liaison between management and team members in communicating matters related to scheduling and coordination of active construction and facilities projects.
•Conduct research on a wide range of business and legal issues. Support the deal-making process from start to finish, e.g., from structuring the business model to negotiating the contract.

Key Requirements

•Completed or pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
•Experience in engineering, logistics, construction, real estate, or business development.
•Experience supporting a team in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
•Ability to act urgently and communicate often and clearly.
•Superior organizational skills including excellent written and verbal communication.
