Job Summary

Drive project-specific digital delivery for construction projects by leading BIM/VDC processes, MEP coordination, clash management, and model reviews. Own VDC deliverables, reporting, and field verification, including reality capture planning and as-built/facility-model turnover. Support 4D/5D scheduling workflows, build and maintain the Project Hub, and champion field technology adoption such as drones, AR/VR, and mobile data capture while coordinating with project teams and VDC leadership.

•Develop and execute the project-specific digital delivery strategy aligned to project goals and constraints.
•Lead and manage project-specific MEP coordination, including trade coordination, clash management, and model reviews.
•Establish and maintain the Schedule/BEP (BxP) and Reality Capture Plan, aligning 4D/5D where applicable.
•Own VDC deliverables and reporting, tracking progress and communicating status to stakeholders.
•Drive field technology adoption (drones, field tech, AR/VR, mobile data capture), troubleshoot implementation, and manage third-party resources.

Key Requirements

•BS/BA in Engineering or Construction Management (or similar) and 6 years of relevant experience.
•Prior experience in A/E/C.
•Experience performing BIM/VDC coordination for a General Contractor, including MEP trade coordination.
•Data analysis experience using tools such as Excel/Power Query or Power BI to turn model/field data into insights.
•Proficiency with BIM/VDC tools used in GC coordination such as Navisworks, Revit, and BIM 360/ACC (or equivalent).
