Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner and powered industrial equipment while maintaining efficiency and precision.
  • •Perform computer-based tasks to support order fulfillment and inventory movement.
  • •Pack customer orders according to specific requirements, including special markings, pallet configurations, and product handling needs.
  • •Retrieve, transport, and stage materials according to daily work schedules, which may include loading finished goods into outbound trailers.
  • •Safely operate powered industrial equipment (fork trucks, stock pickers, pallet jacks, turret trucks, reach trucks) and maintain a clean, organized, housekeeping-compliant workspace.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • •Basic math skills to support order accuracy and documentation.
  • •Completion and successful passage of Emerson-required training for powered industrial equipment (fork trucks, stock pickers, turret trucks, pallet jacks, reach trucks).
  • •Comfort working at heights up to 20 feet while wearing approved fall-protection equipment.
  • •Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing/walking on concrete for 8+ hours.
