Key Responsibilities

  • •Start up and commission new systems, and diagnose and repair environmental-control systems in commercial settings.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems on-site.
  • •Coordinate with a team leader and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work.
  • •Keep current on Trane products related to installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair of direct digital control systems.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
  • •Preferred: previous experience with DDC controls systems.
  • •Preferred: EPA.
