Join the Fleet Maintenance team to keep Carvana’s Class 8 day cabs and trailers safe and reliable. Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component replacements on Carvana’s Class 8 fleet.
•Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot electrical, engine, and transmission problems.
•Handle system repairs including aftertreatment (DEF/emissions), regens, and filter changes.
•Maintain accurate records, optimize vehicle performance, and minimize downtime with your team.
•Follow safety protocols and industry best practices to keep the fleet DOT compliant.

Key Requirements

•At least 6 months of experience with heavy-duty Class 8 trucks and trailers or similar equipment (e.g., agricultural, construction, waste collection truck).
•Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for diesel engines, transmissions, and vehicle systems.
•Proficiency with diagnostic software and using a laptop for manuals; experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics.
•Ability to perform physical tasks associated with vehicle maintenance (lifting, bending, etc.).
•Obtain a minimum of two ASE certifications within the first 6 months of employment (T-series ASE valued).
