Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive product strategy and roadmap across Vultr’s networking portfolio, including VPC, routing, NAT/IGW, firewall/security groups, private connectivity, transit, DDoS mitigation, peering, and GPU/cluster networking.
  • •Partner with engineering leadership to align customer needs and product priorities with technical architecture, engineering capacity, scalability, and long-term platform goals.
  • •Translate complex infrastructure capabilities and architecture decisions into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and execution plans.
  • •Define requirements for new networking capabilities such as VPC features, routing and gateway functionality, cross-region connectivity, and RDMA/RoCE fabric services.
  • •Lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple engineering and business teams to drive alignment, prioritization, and decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant product management experience with cloud infrastructure, networking, distributed systems, or similarly complex technical products.
  • •Experience operating as a senior or Principal-level individual contributor with influence across multiple engineering teams.
  • •Strong understanding of data center and cloud networking concepts, including EVPN-VXLAN, VRFs, routing, NAT, load balancing, firewalling, private connectivity, and network security.
  • •Experience with cloud networking technologies such as VPCs, transit networking, peering, gateways, DDoS mitigation, multi-region networking, or software-defined networking.
