Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support core operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and execute operations-focused directives and projects with the Operations & Visual Management team.
  • •Support a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards and move dynamically around the store to meet business and guest needs.
