Key Responsibilities

•Own performance channels end to end, including strategy, budgets, and performance outcomes, working with an agency to execute at scale.
•Run continuous experiments across landing pages, funnels, and forms, and document learnings for future GTM Engineering builds.
•Use AI tools daily to accelerate growth work while advising on what AI and automation should take over as the team builds infrastructure.
•Turn spend and conversion data into actionable insights and adjust course quickly when results lag.
•Apply a performance lens to the US expansion and expand scope as channels prove out.

Key Requirements

•4-6 years in performance marketing/growth in B2B SaaS with ownership of a budget and a number you were measured against.
•Hands-on experience running campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta (built yourself, not only briefed).
•Proven CRO track record running continuous experiments and explaining what changed, what moved, and what you learned.
•Comfort setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking in HubSpot, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
•Daily use of AI tools (Claude, Clay, Cursor/Lovable, n8n, or Make) and fluency in German.
