Job Summary

Lead Atos’ Digital Strategy & Business Case Advisory Practice in Germany: drive new business, identify and position consulting projects, and ensure delivery against practice targets. You will take operational responsibility aligned with global initiatives, support market entry strategy for Atos Amplify, and serve as the central internal/external contact. Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams, define best practices, and standardize processes including SLA fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support generation of new business with new and existing clients; identify and proactively position consulting projects across Atos’ technology landscape.
•Ensure implementation and achievement of practice targets and provide professional and people leadership for assigned employees.
•Drive further build-out and development of the practice, including operational responsibility aligned with global and local objectives.
•Support definition and evolution of Atos Amplify’s market entry strategy in Germany and contribute to strategic customer planning.
•Own project leadership for internal and client projects; develop best practices and consulting standards and ensure service delivery including SLA fulfillment.

Key Requirements

•Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, digital transformation, business administration).

•Strong knowledge of areas relevant to the role and the practice.
•Commercial understanding and strong customer orientation.
•Proven ability to influence and build trust at C-level (e.g., COOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs) and across business transformation stakeholders.
