Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor the Intelligent Infrastructure team and deliver operational technology and roadside infrastructure design, specification, testing assurance, and solution guidance for clients.
  • •Set and drive strategic goals for the unit, aligning with broader organizational objectives and performance metrics.
  • •Oversee project planning and delivery from concept to completion, ensuring time, quality, and budget adherence.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to set project parameters, objectives, and maintain a strong client focus.
  • •Provide high-level technical oversight as a thought leader, translate complex insights into actionable recommendations, and present progress updates to senior leadership and global stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Master’s degree level in the relevant field.
  • •At least 15 years of diverse experience delivering Technology/Intelligent Infrastructure services in a consulting engineering environment.
  • •Experience delivering solutions compliant with international and local design standards.
  • •Strong understanding of planning and design processes, technical approvals and consents, contract procedures and financial controls, and commercial awareness across bidding and delivery.
  • •Chartered Professional (or equivalent) is advantageous.
