Job Summary

Lead and mentor the Intelligent Infrastructure team, delivering operational technology and roadside infrastructure design, specification, testing assurance, and solution guidance for a range of client accounts. Set unit strategy, oversee project delivery from concept to completion, optimize workflows for efficiency, and manage budgets, timelines, and resources. Act as a senior technical point of contact, keep abreast of standards and legislation, and communicate progress and analytics to senior leadership and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor the Intelligent Infrastructure team and deliver operational technology and roadside infrastructure design, specification, testing assurance, and solution guidance for clients.
•Set and drive strategic goals for the unit, aligning with broader organizational objectives and performance metrics.
•Oversee project planning and delivery from concept to completion, ensuring time, quality, and budget adherence.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to set project parameters, objectives, and maintain a strong client focus.
•Provide high-level technical oversight as a thought leader, translate complex insights into actionable recommendations, and present progress updates to senior leadership and global stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor or Master’s degree level in the relevant field.
•At least 15 years of diverse experience delivering Technology/Intelligent Infrastructure services in a consulting engineering environment.
•Experience delivering solutions compliant with international and local design standards.
•Strong understanding of planning and design processes, technical approvals and consents, contract procedures and financial controls, and commercial awareness across bidding and delivery.
•Chartered Professional (or equivalent) is advantageous.
