Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve the technical direction for your domain, balancing customer needs, delivery, maintainability, performance, and long-term platform health.
  • •Set technical standards across C++ code quality, testing, security, performance, and operational reliability.
  • •Partner with Product Management and Design from discovery through delivery to shape technical strategies and influence the roadmap.
  • •Lead delivery of complex features from concept to production, defining the technical approach, increment plans, and managing risks and dependencies.
  • •Contribute hands-on to critical designs and code, lead reviews, mentor engineers, and champion responsible AI-first development practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Operate as a Technical Lead, Staff/Principal Engineer, or senior engineer with scope spanning architecture and delivery for complex customer-facing software.
  • •Deep expertise in modern C++ and client application development, including concurrency, memory management, performance, debugging, and maintainability in a production codebase.
  • •Experience designing and delivering sophisticated user interfaces using Qt/QML or a comparable native UI framework, with focus on responsive, accessible, high-quality UX.
  • •Ability to reason across application layers and platform boundaries and make pragmatic trade-offs across delivery speed, quality, reliability, and long-term sustainability.
  • •10+ years of professional software development experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
