Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete assigned field tasks on behalf of Mainstay customers, earning compensation based on the work performed.
  • •Conduct property walk-throughs, weekly property checks, home visits, vendor meetings, and contract-to-close tasks.
  • •Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all tasks meet Mainstay’s quality standards.
  • •Coordinate with multiple systems and teams to ensure timely task completion and updates.
  • •Use CRM and productivity tools to document progress and communicate with clients and internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Active real estate license.
  • •Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred)
  • •Ability to complete assigned field tasks on time and with attention to detail
  • •Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple listings, and diligent documentation
  • •Strong technical skills: Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
