Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and define UAT scope and objectives.
  • •Prepare comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios based on business process flows and requirements.
  • •Validate end-to-end workflows and ensure alignment with business expectations.
  • •Coordinate UAT execution with business users and provide necessary support.
  • •Track, analyze, and resolve UAT issues in collaboration with development and QA teams; document results and obtain stakeholder sign-off.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and UAT processes.
  • •Experience testing ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications.
  • •Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
  • •Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
  • •Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or ADO and exposure to Agile methodologies.
