Beyond Yoga Part Time Supervisor

Supervise the Beyond Yoga store operations in Irvine, serving as manager on duty by driving opening/closing processes, supporting cash handling, and ensuring shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment meet standards. Resolve customer concerns with positive outcomes, coach selling culture and customer connection, and supervise the store team when other management is absent. Help onboard new hires, track performance KPIs, and partner on local community events and brand engagement.
