Research, develop, administer, and evaluate ICHRA benefit plans and programs, supporting multi-state employee benefits for 401(k), health and welfare, wellness, FSA, PTO, EAP, and executive benefits. Partner with carriers, vendors, and HRIS for benefit support, manage regulatory filings and eligibility-file issues, and analyze benefit costs to recommend action plans. Lead communication and training for HR generalists while ensuring standardization and legal compliance.

•Administer multi-state employee benefits including ICHRA, 401(k), health and welfare, wellness, group risk, FSA, PTO, EAP, and executive benefits.
•Assist with research, development, renewal, and communication of benefit plans.
•Interpret, review, and update benefits policies and procedures for standardization, legal compliance, and efficiency.
•Manage carrier and vendor relationships, including RFP information development and analysis.
•Administer regulatory filings and resolve complex benefit and eligibility-file issues using multiple systems and tools.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of benefits administration concepts such as ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA (preferred).
