Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate production machines in the Hole Drill business unit (e.g., BX3, TAFIS, manual pin check, CMM/Revo, air flow, electrode assembly).
  • •Produce blades and/or vanes and complete required quality and inspection checks while working on the production line.
  • •Perform daily standard work and complex operations in accordance with work instructions.
  • •Read and interpret process sheets, use measuring devices, track dimensional data on run charts, and assess acceptance to blueprint specifications.
  • •Clock labor in Solumina, perform daily Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM), document results, and maintain equipment/work area cleanliness (5S).
