Job Summary

Help protect Carvana associates, customers, and assets by executing Safe and Secure programs at the facility gates and inspection center. Manage and document vehicle movement through entrances/exits, perform routine patrols, and monitor security/safety concerns. Lead de-escalation and incident-ready response actions, provide assistance as needed, and support inventory control accuracy. Train on life-saving measures (first aid/CPR/AED) and use the Safe and Secure Application and RFID technology.

•Manage and properly document car movement into and out of inspection center entrance/exit gates.
•Conduct routine patrols of inspection center and logistics facility areas, documenting security and safety concerns.
•Coordinate with Safe and Secure leadership on badge creation requests, CCTV review, and related tasks.
•Follow incident response protocols and de-escalate situations to collaborate with partners and team members.
•Use Safe and Secure Principles to control access/exit and support inventory control procedures.
