Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues within our automated docking and charging systems.
  • •Use remote diagnostic tools (Grafana, Sigma) to monitor fleet health and perform remote tele-recovery of grounded assets.
  • •Participate in the hands-on bring-up and QA testing of new docking hardware, applying industrial automation principles to ensure 24/7 reliability.
  • •Act as the primary feedback loop between field operations and the Engineering team, identifying actionable bugs and hardware improvements.
  • •Create and maintain technical SOPs and troubleshooting guides to help scale our support capabilities as we grow.
