Job Summary

Senior international commercial role leading the development of Thales’ export business for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in networks, infrastructure systems, naval communications, and satellite communications. You will manage client portfolios, coordinate offers, and drive orders across high-value technology solutions, with a focus on growth in the Middle East and export licenses, reporting, and collaboration with a global team.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients and industrial partners.
•Develop business opportunities and promote Thales solutions in radio communications, artillery information systems, and identifiers.
•In the capture phase, lead the bid team and negotiate the offer with the client through to contract signature.
•Monitor sales forecasts and orders using available tools (GCRM).
•Prepare export license requests and follow validation with the French administration; provide regular reporting.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Experience of more than 10 years in international sales in high-technology environments or selling high-value solutions.
•Strong commercial development skills with a track record in growing export businesses, especially in complex international contexts.
•Good knowledge of defense markets and geopolitics; ability to operate with diverse, demanding stakeholders.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to listen, propose, and build lasting client relationships.
•Willingness to travel regularly to client sites, including on-site missions in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
