Key Responsibilities

•Learn the product, customer use cases, sales motion, and technical objections; shadow enterprise calls to build fluency across telephony and voice-agent architecture.
•Own technical discovery and demos for active enterprise deals; partner with AEs on account strategy and help design POCs.
•Lead the technical side of enterprise deals from first call through close and go-live.
•Create reusable artifacts for the team and document integration patterns and common objections.
•Feed repeated product gaps back to engineering and product based on customer interactions.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or customer engineering.
•Ability to write code to build working integrations, read API responses, and debug issues independently.
•Experience with voice, telephony, or contact center infrastructure (e.g., SIP, Twilio, Genesys, Five9).
•Comfort communicating with both engineers and executives and adjusting technical depth appropriately.
•Energized by technical sales covering discovery, architecture, POCs, objection handling, and getting customers live.
