Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and grow a network of local churches and faith communities to serve, support, and advocate for refugees and immigrants.
  • •Equip and mobilize faith leaders, congregations, and community members through training and ongoing support.
  • •Deliver community-facing education through regular public speaking and coordinating webinars and video conferences.
  • •Support public relations, marketing campaigns, and fundraising initiatives, including creating Thurston-specific materials for social media and other channels.
  • •Supervise others, monitoring daily work, tracking timesheets and time off, and documenting goals and performance in HRIS.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.35 - 25.1 hourly

  • •Ability to affirm and/or acknowledge World Relief Core Beliefs and Statement of Faith, including Christian Identity.
  • •Valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and ability to pass MVR standards.
  • •Strong public speaking, writing, and interpersonal skills, including working with partners across a range of faith perspectives.
  • •Previous experience working with refugees and immigrants and organizing/leading volunteers.
