Job Summary

Own Visa core consumer products and solutions in Bulgaria, driving go-to-market strategy for debit, credit, loyalty, premium, and sustainability offerings. Develop compelling consumer product sales propositions for affluent and premium segments, partnering with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to grow revenue, market share, card usage, and payment volumes. Manage and evolve consumer benefits/rewards platforms (e.g., MyVisa and related sites), coordinate local offers, and lead complex, strategic projects across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Visa core products and solutions in the Bulgaria market (debit, credit, loyalty, premium, and sustainability).
•Develop and execute account strategies with Account Executives to increase revenue and market share for strategic financial and non-financial accounts.
•Partner with product, client engagement, merchant sales & acquiring, and other stakeholders to deliver complex cross-functional projects and increase card usage and payment volumes.
•Develop and deliver benefits platforms for consumers in Bulgaria, including business ownership and management of platform processes (e.g., implementation, growth, further development).
•Source and work with local agencies and partners to align and prepare local offers/benefits for publishing and client readiness, including exploring monetisation and success measures for benefits programs.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in project management and/or product management in the financial sector on the commercial side (products, sales, business development, customer experience).
•Proven experience and knowledge of financial/banking services.
•Ability to influence people, plan, prioritize, and track execution across cross-functional teams and external partners.
•Experience driving strategies for affluent and premium consumer segments (advantage).
•Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management across internal and external groups; bachelor’s degree desirable or equivalent experience.
