Key Responsibilities

•Design and ship clear, intuitive product interfaces across multiple user types.
•Own end-to-end user flows from concept through implementation.
•Partner closely with product managers and engineers to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
•Use research, testing, and product metrics to inform and improve designs.
•Contribute to and evolve Sola’s design system and shared UI patterns.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience as an in-house product designer working on shipped products.
•Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking and interface design, especially in simplifying complex systems.

•Bring a structured approach to design using research, principles, and clear rationale.
•Experience collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and designers.
