Job Summary

Own customer advocacy and storytelling at a product-led B2B SaaS company by building a new customer marketing function from the ground up. Produce case studies end to end, develop testimonials/review generation, and run customer-facing events and community programming. Execute lifecycle campaigns across email and in-app channels in partnership with Growth and Customer Success, using customer insights to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

•Own customer case study production end to end, from identifying stories to interviewing and publishing assets.
•Build a customer advocacy program from scratch, including testimonials, review generation, and a pipeline of customers.
•Partner with Field Marketing and Product Marketing to run customer-facing events (panels, roundtables, community moments).
•Execute customer lifecycle campaigns across email and in-app channels with Growth and Customer Success.
•Represent the company in public online communities (e.g., Reddit) and engage with scientists and researchers.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in customer marketing or customer success at a B2B SaaS company, managing full projects independently.
•Expertise building and nurturing relationships with high-value customers.
•Experience writing emails to customers to drive revenue goals.
•Excellent written communication and storytelling to turn complex, technical feedback into compelling narratives.
•Comfortable using data to prioritize work and report on program results.
