Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently execute complex underwriting support and credit monitoring responsibilities while partnering with portfolio and credit stakeholders.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for complex renewals, reviews, and portfolio monitoring activities.
  • •Review financial statements and credit requests to identify gaps, obtain additional information, and support credit decisions.
  • •Build and manage facility renewals and reviews in nCino; ensure accuracy, completeness, and organization of credit documentation in nCino, DocMan, and FileNet.
  • •Proactively monitor covenants and portfolio risks, validate PD and LGD ratings, and prepare pipeline/portfolio and ad-hoc reporting for credit leadership; recommend process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field preferred.
  • •Minimum of three years of credit analysis, loan review, or credit administration experience, preferably in banking.
  • •Ability to independently manage complex work and exercise sound judgment.
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with nCino and internal systems preferred.
