Key Responsibilities

  • •Start on the 1 year long Junior Manager Program to become technical expert focused on innovation, maintenance and optimization of production systems with the possibility of worldwide application
  • •Participate in redesigning and development of mechanical components and systems
  • •Monitor conditions of existing equipment and optimize its performance and maintenance requirements
  • •Plan and coordinate projects with team members to ensure on-time, within-budget completion with safety and quality
  • •Contribute to safety, quality, and productivity targets in making and packing operations
