Maintenance Supervisor 6p-6a

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department by assigning and tracking preventive maintenance work and managing daily activities for mechanics and a parts clerk. Ensure safety standards and policies are followed, schedule maintenance staff based on workload and time off, and continuously review plant equipment to reduce unplanned downtime through timely problem-solving and improvement opportunities. Support food safety responsibilities where applicable and create department procedures and training.
