Key Responsibilities

  • •Build REST APIs and backend services that power core customer experiences.
  • •Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility and implementation approach.
  • •Configure monitoring for backend services and build CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Develop platform and content management system integrations using REST.
  • •Design and develop reliable applications using Git and server technologies to support Atlassian software products and platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, or related field, plus five years of post-bachelors progressive related experience.
  • •Experience with software systems and infrastructure.
  • •Experience designing and tuning databases for large-scale database systems using SQL.
  • •Experience building and operating large-scale cloud infrastructures.
  • •Experience performing platform integrations using REST and using Git with server technologies including NPM, Docker, NGINX, and Express/Node, plus programming languages such as Java, Python, Kotlin, Go, and Scala.
