Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute in-season trading capabilities (promotion/markdowns/EOSS) and market-level allocation decisions.
  • •Manage assortment portfolio and life cycle within the season, incorporating financial expectations.
  • •Reconcile bottom-up revenue plans with top-down sales targets and support market delivery of financial KPIs.
  • •Coordinate market store segmentation, buy budget and OTB management with local stakeholders.
  • •Lead allocation strategies and inventory flow forecasting to optimize inventory coverage and maximize full-price sell-through/margin.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •5-7 years of work experience in retail.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret themes from quantitative data.
  • •Ability to articulate key financial measures and how they’re used in tools/systems.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); prior planning solutions experience (SAS, BI, SAP) is a plus.
