Job Summary

Own the End User Services (EUS) Tower and lead modernization of the digital workplace across a 3-year roadmap. Partner with Enterprise Security to drive endpoint compliance and patch velocity while overseeing global patch, image engineering for Windows and macOS, and software deployment. Lead an outsourced MSP and establish aggressive project schedules, while owning UEM/MDM platform roadmaps and using DEX monitoring tools to improve endpoint experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute the 3-year Digital Workplace strategy, modernizing endpoints with DaaS/VAD and cloud-native approaches.
•Lead outsourced delivery by managing the MSP to exceed SLAs and improve field ticket and resolution quality using XLAs.
•Establish and track aggressive modernization and deployment project schedules to meet committed timelines.
•Oversee global patch management, image engineering for Windows and macOS, and software deployment while ensuring timely security compliance.
•Own UEM/MDM tooling roadmaps and manage PC/peripheral vendor relationships, aligned to hybrid workforce needs.

Key Requirements

•Deep, hands-on enterprise experience with Windows (WinOS) and macOS.
•Experience evaluating or deploying VDI/DaaS (including Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365) and understanding trade-offs vs. physical hardware.
•Expert knowledge of UEM/MDM frameworks and automated deployment (Autopilot, Apple Business Manager).
•At least 3+ years managing large-scale outsourced IT contracts and global MSPs.
•Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT (or equivalent experience), plus familiarity with certifications such as ITIL v4 or PMP.
