Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as subject matter expert for equity and executive compensation programs, administering and optimizing global equity awards from grant setup through vesting, releases, cancellations, and dividends.
  • •Own equity database maintenance and reporting, generating routine/ad-hoc insights and tracking key equity metrics (share utilization, burn rate, overhang, dilution).
  • •Partner with the VP of Total Rewards to strategize, draft, and deliver board-level materials (compensation committee) and support executive benchmarking and competitive pay analysis.
  • •Contribute to executive compensation regulatory filings and disclosures, including Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) and proxy statement content, and assist with SEC Form filings.
  • •Oversee equity plan compliance, including insider trading monitoring, pre-clearance lists, and enforcing corporate blackout periods in partnership with Legal.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or Business (CCP certification is a plus).
  • •8+ years of progressive compensation experience in a publicly traded, mid-to-large company, including hands-on equity administration (stock options, restricted stock, performance-based awards).
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a focus on detail and data accuracy.
  • •Mastery of advanced spreadsheet functions (lookups, index/match, pivot tables, complex data modeling) for large datasets.
  • •Ability to handle highly confidential executive data with discretion, communicate complex topics clearly, and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
