Job Summary

Lead and optimize the company’s equity and executive compensation programs, managing the full lifecycle of global equity awards and maintaining rigorous equity data integrity. Partner with the VP of Total Rewards, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and HR to deliver board-level proxy and compensation committee materials, drive executive benchmarking, and ensure compliance (including Section 16). Based in NYC with a hybrid schedule (up to 2 remote days/week).

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as subject matter expert for equity and executive compensation programs, administering and optimizing global equity awards from grant setup through vesting, releases, cancellations, and dividends.
•Own equity database maintenance and reporting, generating routine/ad-hoc insights and tracking key equity metrics (share utilization, burn rate, overhang, dilution).
•Partner with the VP of Total Rewards to strategize, draft, and deliver board-level materials (compensation committee) and support executive benchmarking and competitive pay analysis.
•Contribute to executive compensation regulatory filings and disclosures, including Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) and proxy statement content, and assist with SEC Form filings.
•Oversee equity plan compliance, including insider trading monitoring, pre-clearance lists, and enforcing corporate blackout periods in partnership with Legal.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or Business (CCP certification is a plus).
•8+ years of progressive compensation experience in a publicly traded, mid-to-large company, including hands-on equity administration (stock options, restricted stock, performance-based awards).
•Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a focus on detail and data accuracy.
•Mastery of advanced spreadsheet functions (lookups, index/match, pivot tables, complex data modeling) for large datasets.
•Ability to handle highly confidential executive data with discretion, communicate complex topics clearly, and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
